iSupport Agent Instructions for First-Time Installation |

First-Time Installation
 |
1. Simply click on the link in the box above to download iSupport Agent software. A dialog box will open: Do you want to run or save this file? The options are: Run, Save, Cancel. Choose Run. The file will begin downloading. |

2. After downloading completes, a dialog box will open: Do you want to run this software? The options are Run, Don't Run. Choose Run. |
|
3. The Install program will open. Follow the installation instructions and click through the Next, Install and Finish buttons to complete the installation. Choose to launch iSupport Agent as the final step in the installation process. |
|
4. Once you have completed the installation, you will need to set the system defaults if you have never run iSupport before. From the Agent Main Display, click on Options and select the General tab. Then click on the Default button. This will ensure that the various server addresses are referenced correctly. |
|
5. To log on as an agent, enter the parameters supplied by Roaring Pine for Server Address, Service Number and PIN from the Agent Main Display. Then click on the Agent Available box. |

6. If you've already installed using this procedure, you do not need to install again. Simply start iSupport Agent. Then select the Roaring Pine icon (tree with red background) in the System Tray and click on Update. |

7. Please ensure that an older browser-based version of iSupport Agent is NOT running at the time you do this installation. |

8. Ensure that pop-up blocking is turned off on this PC. |
Subsequent Start-Up of iSupport Agent
|
1. Start iSupport Agent as you would any other program. |
|
2. Simply double click on the desktop icon for RTS Agent. Alternatively, you can click on Start and select Programs / RTS Agent / RTS Agent. |
Notes for Previous Users of iSupport Agent
1. You will no longer need to open a browser and go to RTSagent.html to launch the application. Simply follow the steps above for starting Support Agent.
2. If a software update is available, iSupport Agent will notify you automatically. You can then choose to install the update.
