iSupport SmartAccess 2.0 is now available. You can use all of the iSupport features not just remote control to access and troubleshoot unattended PCs and servers. SmartAccess now includes an option to run in service mode on unattended servers that are not logged in. In addition, SmartAccess now includes auto update, so an unattended client system can update itself without human intervention when new software is released.
