Although most customers choose to implement iSupport in an ASP model, we do offer a dedicated server model as well. In this approach, customers can license iConnect and iSupport server software for use on server platforms they provide. Roaring Pine personnel typically install the software remotely via the Internet, allowing for very fast turn-up of the service.
In choosing between ASP and dedicated server configurations, the following benchmark may be useful. Customers report that what used to take dedicated server installations for some competitive products is now being handled by iSupport in an ASP model with equal or better performance.
