Enter the Input Values for your call center operation in the left (Without iConnect) column. Enter the estimated improvements due to iConnect in the right (With iConnect) column. Click on the Calculate button to calculate the Return on Investment. The Restore button restores the default values to the left and right columns. The Set Values button sets the current values in the left column as a base for subsequent calculations. (This is useful in studying the effect on ROI as parameters are varied.) |
